STOLEN-THE CAPTAIN’S PHONE WAS STOLEN AT THE RAT FINK CAR SHOW ON JUNE 4TH.
THERE ARE BAD PEOPLE IN THE WORLD. I KNOW AFTER SERVING AS AN FBI AGENT FOR 25 YEARS THIS IS A SAD REALITY.
I’M SICK ABOUT THE LOSS OF MY PHONE FOR THE BIGGEST REASON THAT BEING THAT I HAD OVER 40 PHOTOS OF VETERANS WITH MYSELF FROM THE CAR SHOW INTENDING TO PUT THEM ALL ON MY WEBSITE. THOSE PHOTOS HAVE NOW BEEN LOST. MY SINCERE APOLOGIES TO MY FELLOW VETERANS. I HOPE TO SEE YOU ALL AGAIN AT OTHER EVENTS SO THAT WE MAY TAKE THOSE PHOTOS AGAIN.
I WILL NOT LET THE BAD ACTORS IN THIS WORLD SLOW ME DOWN. WE SHALL GET A NEW PHONE AND CARRY ON!
THERE IS GOOD IN EVERYTHING SO LET US FIND THE GOOD IN THIS SAD STORY….THE CAPTAIN WILL NOW FINALLY GET A NEW PHONE, FOR THE STOLEN 4S MODEL WAS PROBABLY NOT THE BEST PHONE FOR THE CAPTAIN AND ALL I AM DOING.
GOD BLESS AMERICA AND MAY THE PERSON WHO STOLE MY PHONE TURN THEIR LIVES AROUND SOMEDAY. I FORGIVE YOU WHOEVER YOU ARE.
CAPTAIN MONTEFUSCO
I met “the Captain” at the Rat Fink car show. I’m generally not a fan of Willies rebuilds but I like his. He didn’t ruin it by twisting it into something else but an honest effort to restore it to its former glory. It is what vehicles like these deserve, to honor the veterans who have given their lives and for those that served and still suffer for their service. I am impressed with Scott’s dedication to honor those who serve and for his unique way of drawing attention to their work and service. I’m grateful for the chance to meet him and for the work he does to honor those that serve.
Thank you so much Paul, all thoughts and words stand true you have me pegged. I am dedicated to honoring all of my fellow veterans and first responders. But how could you not be a fan of Willys rebuilds….no, I understand we flat fender Jeep guys hate it when they corrupt the Jeeps with stupid cars seats, roll bars, un-original steering columns, v8 engines, monster tires or modern wheels. Athough, I will say anything goes under the hood if done correctly. If you keep the drive line original, wheels and tires normal and do not disturb the exterior so as to hide what is under the hood, I’m ok with mods. Anyway, thank you so much for taking the time to post comment and check out my page, we have just begun this journey.

What, now how in the heck did a Marine lose a controlled item like this? This will not look good on your resume there young Captain.
All joking aside, that chaps my 6 that some clown felt it okay to burn you. Here you are out there bringing goodwill and good times to all of us and blam, someone takes the opportunity to do you ill. Like your demeanor though, in that you did not permit it to be a show stopper event. Not that you would not have enjoyed catching them in the act and put them in a wrist lock, lock eyes and politely recommend they place your phone back on the table. And then giving it a quick firm but painful snap, just enough so they no not to come around again.
Speaking of tables, I’m the knuckle head who souvenired you the field table, we met in Orem UVU car show. I was bored tonight, have your card and flyer by computer, thought I would check in on your progress Sir. You are simply amazing, still getting it done, dang Gyrene’s anyway. I have to commend you for being a rain or shine type of individual. The only attendee with the fortitude to brave the elements at the one car show. You did yourself proud, you talk the talk and walk the walk. Poncho and all, sweet seeing you even smiling, not grumpy. Your jeep “even for a flat fender” is still hanging in there, that rocks. You must have a knack for making things stay fixed. Perfect, love it, you are making many friends on your journey, loved the Vet pics, making memories and bringing back memories to so many of us.
Anyway, best of luck to you on your journey, like that you look for the good in matters, and are not permitting the darkside to get to you. You are a strong willed soul, may goodness always light the way before you Sir, Captain of the Marines. Best regards, 82nd Abn, All the Way “America’s Guard of Honor!”.
Thank You Army Guy! I very much appreciate your kind words what you see is what you get with me. Yes, no slowing down for this cowboy. Yes sir the field table is in full use! The lock box being installed today! Will be at the Provo VW BUG show today come see me. Hahahaha I have a surprize for them all at the VW show…I really enjoyed meeting you brother. Hope to see you today or at other events and really really can’t wait to see you next year at the final event at UVU when the Jeep is on the trailer ready to head north for the beginning of the cross country trip! You must do a few miles with me.
Seriously you are one great patriot, stay positive and we shall meet again…wait didn’t some famous Army guys say that…hahahah.
